Granite State Development Corporation is a Certified Development Company operating in New Hampshire and its subsidiary New England Business Finance. Granite State is a private, not-for-profit company which was established to administer the SBA 504 Loan Program throughout the following:
The SBA 504 Loan Program enables small businesses to acquire long-term subordinated debt at below market rates. By working together with local banks, we have become the largest CDC in New England, providing approximately $600 million of financing to over 1000 small businesses in New Hampshire since receiving certification in 1982.
We are also happy to offer financial assistance and advisory services, direct through GSDC to New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont companies seeking a source of gap financing otherwise not available through conventional lending sources.
