Rate of Interest

The rate is determined by market at the sale of a participation in a pool of government guaranteed securities. The rate is fixed for the term of the SBA/GSDC loan.  

Market rates are allowed on the private lending portion (50% of project).

Current Rate (As of June 2009 Funding)

5.022% - (Note Rate)
1.100% - (Servicing Fees)
6.122% - (Effective Rate)
