For all SBA 504 loans to businesses with veteran ownership of 50% or more, Granite State Development will reduce the processing fee from 1.5% to 1.0% and pay 100% of the Third Party Lender fee up to $5,000.
The 504 Loan Program provides up to 90% financing for purchasing owner-user commercial/industrial real estate. In addition to a low down payment (typically 10%), borrowers can take advantage of long-term fixed rates. We are licensed to finance projects in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont.
