The Kesaris family purchased the businesses and real estate known as Hole In One Donuts, Inc. from the Bazzano family at the end of 2022. The first Hole In One Donut Shop opened in 1989 when the Bazzano parents purchased for their daughter and son-in-law. The business expanded in 1992 with the purchase a former wine and cheese shop.  The Bazzano family brought in several family members over the years, but were looking to sell in order to retire as there were no younger family members wishing/willing to succeed them. John and Brenda Kesaris completed the purchase and are looking to expand this well-established Cape Cod icon with a new generation of owners.  The Kesaris’ most recently have owned/operated pizza-style restaurants but have always wanted to return to their donut roots as former owners of Mister Donut, which was ultimately bought by Dunkin’.

GSDC was able to participate in the financing to ensure this family-owned and operated business continues to supply hand cut donuts for generations to come.
