With the support of GSDC and the SBA 504 program, Trend Moving & Storage has purchased three locations since 2020.

GSDC helped Caledonia Spirits move to a new home in Montpelier, VT in 2019.

Peter Roscini Colman of Vermont Salumi uses centuries old traditions and techniques to create specialty meats. GSDC helped Peter to acquire the building which houses Vermont Salumi’s production and its co-business AR Market.

GSDC worked with The Inn at Kenmore Hall on SBA 504 financing.

GSDC helped Love Us and Leave Us to expand their market and purchase a second location.

GSDC worked with EcoAuto to provide start-up financing for the acquisition of real estate (an abandoned Nissan dealership) as well as significant renovations. 

Golden Cannoli is working with GSDC to complete their third expansion utilizing the SBA 504 program. The latest project includes a 6,635 sq. ft. warehouse. 

FireKing Baking Company has utilized GSDC for SBA 504 program to finance moves in 2012 and 2018 and an additional equipment purchase in 2022.
