Eco Auto was established in 2022 by Al and Michelle Salas, husband and wife, to create a full- service dealership that specializes in the sale of newer, use electric and hybrid vehicles. In addition, the business will provide charging stations and related maintenance and service with expertise in these vehicles and related technology. Al and Michelle Salas have over 30 years of experience in the retail automotive industry and have assembled a team of experienced individuals to bring this vision to life.

GSDC was excited to be part of this innovative dealership concept to provide start-up financing for the acquisition of the real estate (an abandoned Nissan dealership) as well as significant renovations.  The business model will help remove barriers that consumers face when making the switch to electric:  Cost to entry, access to charging infrastructure and unknown future repair costs.  Drive Green!
