BakuCare Adult Day Health Center and its caring owner, Pat Ononibaku, serves two customer segments; adults with disabilities who are unable to perform daily living skills independently and aging adults with chronic health issues requiring medical and health supervision. The company has an RN on location, and offers preventative health teachings, nutrition education, meal provision (breakfast, hot noon meal, afternoon snack), transportation, assistance with medical appointments, outdoor activity programs, field trips, music, and games. The company has the capacity to serve 48 individuals daily.
