Derek Fisher, owner of Wing-itz restaurants, has returned to GSDC again and again to help expand his business to three locations. We are proud to have contributed in any way to the success of Wing-itz.

Wing-itz Restaurants located in Hampton, Dover, and Newmarket are single-owner, full-service restaurants. Opened in 2007 by Derek Fisher, Wing-itz is committed to fresh, high-quality food and drinks. With 3 locations, and a staff of over 100 employees, they are also proud owners of all the properties in which the restaurants reside, with additional rental properties in the same buildings. Continuing to add to his assets, Derek Fisher is in the process of adding a $2.5M multi-use building in Dover to diversify his portfolio, all through utilizing the SBA 504 program.
